PLEASE NOTE: All sizes above 16x20 will be vectorized. Enlarging our prints without vectorizing can cause the print to look blurry or pixelated, since it’s usually painted at a smaller size. The vectorization process fixes that, however, it does slightly change the look of the painting. It is barely noticeable, but we do like to make you aware so that you know exactly what you’re getting from us! Take a look at the split image to see the difference between the two.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

This option allows you to have your watercolor print edited per your request! Possible edits include color changes, color matching, and inclusion of text.

Our prints do not come framed. If you are interested in adding frames to your order, Lyon Road Art offers a variety of professional framing options!

When you add frames to your order, your beautiful prints will arrive professionally matted and framed, using high-end, archival quality materials. Please note, we do not sell frames without the purchase of a print.

HOW IT WORKS
Simply add one or more of this listing to your cart when you check out. Choose the size that corresponds with the print size that you are purchasing, and choose one of the frame options, details of which are listed below. Please note that you should add multiple frame orders if you have purchased more than one print (including sets).

SHIPPING
Shipping cost is included in the print price. There is no additional shipping charge when you purchase the mat and frame.

TIMING
Please allow two to four (2-4) weeks for the framed prints to arrive.

SHIPPING

How are the prints shipped?
All prints come in a clear plastic sleeve to ensure protection. 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 prints will come attached to a cardboard backing within a stiff mailer attached and are mailed via USPS First Class Shipping. 16x20 prints will arrive in a tube. Flat boxes are available for 16x20 prints on request.

How long till I receive my print?
Processing Time: Generally orders will be processed and shipped in 2-4 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time: North America within 2-5 business days

If you need faster shipping, choose my Express Shipping option. The print will reach you in 2-4 days. (And if you need it even faster, just contact me. I can usually accommodate!) I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Are there customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

For orders in the EU and UK only, Our EU printer guarantees customs free delivery, is 100% carbon neutral, and the prints are the same high quality customers can expect from our Waunakee Studio.

Why did my order ship from Düsseldorf/London?
Because of increasing customs and import fees with international shipping, we have found a reliable printer in Euroupe that can ship our EU and UK orders with the same high quality as our prints from the U.S.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.

Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
